Our standard commission is 30% of the final selling price for approved items dropped off at our location.

We work with full estates, downsizing projects, collections and larger consignments. We’ll evaluate what you have and determine the best approach for selling the items with value.
Depending on the merchandise, items may be sold through online marketplaces, live auctions, consignment sales or other appropriate sales channels to reach the right buyers.
We Can Come to You
Can’t bring everything to us? Pickup service is available.
Pickup projects generally involve an overall fee of approximately 50%, depending on the amount of merchandise, location, labor required, transportation and the type of items being sold.
All pickups and estate projects require a custom quote before work begins.
What We Accept
We’re looking for clean, desirable and sellable merchandise with reasonable resale value.
This may include collectibles, antiques, tools, electronics, household items, décor, sports memorabilia, trading cards, toys, quality furniture, estate items, specialty merchandise and other items with an active resale market.
What We Don’t Accept
We are not a junk removal service.
We may decline items that are damaged, heavily worn, dirty, incomplete, extremely low-value, difficult to sell or unlikely to have enough resale value to justify the cost of handling and selling them.
Our goal is to focus on decent, marketable items that buyers actually want.
