Pickup & Delivery
Store Drop-Off & Pickup — FREE
Bring your belongings directly to Prestige Ship Center for storage and pick
them up when you’re ready.
Curbside Pickup or Delivery — $25 Each Way
Have your packed belongings ready at the curb or designated pickup area.
Includes up to 10 standard items and up to 30 minutes of service time.
Room Pickup or Delivery — $50 Each Way
We’ll retrieve or return your packed belongings directly from or to your
dorm room or apartment. Includes up to 10 standard items and up to
30 minutes of service time.
Standard Room Service pricing applies to locations with reasonable access,
including ground-floor rooms or buildings with an available elevator.
Additional charges may apply for excessive stairs, buildings without
elevators, long walking distances, difficult access, more than 10 items,
oversized or unusually heavy items, extended wait times, or service exceeding
30 minutes.
Locations or pickups requiring additional labor or time may require a
custom quote.
Additional Fees & Services
Additional Items — $2.50 Each
Applies when a curbside or room pickup/delivery includes more than
10 standard items.
Additional Service Time — $25 per 30 Minutes
Applies when pickup or delivery requires more than the included 30 minutes.
Stairs / Difficult Access — Custom Quote
Heated Storage — Add $10 per Item / Month
Access Your Items During Storage — $15 per Visit

Special or Unscheduled Pickup / Delivery — Starting at $30
Late Cancellation or Rescheduling — $29
May apply to appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than
24 hours’ notice.
Extended Storage
Need to keep your belongings with us longer? Extended storage is available
and will be billed monthly based on the items being stored.

Free Storage Boxes
Qualifying Student Storage customers receive up to
5 standard storage boxes and 1 roll of packing tape FREE
with their storage reservation.
Additional Storage Boxes — $5 Each
Additional Packing Supplies
Tape, bubble wrap, packing paper and other packing supplies are available
for purchase at Prestige Ship Center.
Free boxes and tape are provided for belongings being stored with
Prestige Ship Center and are subject to availability. Unused free boxes
should be returned or may be charged at the regular box price.
Need Help Packing?
Packing assistance is available for an additional charge. Contact us for
pricing based on the items and amount of packing required.
Important Storage Information
Mini-Fridges
Mini-fridges must be completely emptied, defrosted, drained and dry before
pickup or drop-off.
All Items Must Be Packed & Ready
Unless packing services have been arranged in advance, belongings must be
packed, closed and ready for pickup when our team arrives.
Label Your Belongings
Boxes, totes and other storage items should be clearly labeled with the
student’s name and contact information.
Prohibited Items
We cannot store hazardous materials, flammable or explosive products,
illegal items, perishable food, liquids that may leak, or other items that
could damage surrounding property.
Valuable or Fragile Items
Please let us know in advance about unusually valuable, fragile, oversized
or specialty items so we can determine whether special packing, handling or
storage is required.
Pickup & Delivery Scheduling
Pickup and delivery services are subject to availability and should be
scheduled in advance. High-demand college move-in and move-out periods may
have limited appointment availability.
